Brief: To create a cake with Peso character has the main feature. The cake needed to feed 15+ people, and to be made of vanilla sponge.
Results: I created a 3 layer vanilla sponge with mango flavour buttercream. I modelled Peso to sit pride of place on the top of the cake, with an ocean scene round the base of the cake.
